Bellaire police made three arrests around 3:50 a.m. July 13 after pulling over a suspicious car in the 1000 block of Mulberry. The car, driven by 18-year-old Jonathan Lemons, turned out to be stolen, and Lemons was arrested.
Passenger Cedrick Garland, 17, was charged with criminal trespass and unlawfully carrying a weapon and passenger Jamarcus Brewster, 17, was charged with criminal trespass.
