The Bellaire Trolley in the esplanade on Bellaire Boulevard will be surrounded by art, crafts, specialty goods and tons of people on Saturday for the Bellaire Art Festival.

People shop for jewelry at the spring Bellaire Art Festival in February. The event returns to Bellaire Boulevard Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“It’s all handmade crafts for the most part. A lot of jewelry vendors, painting, sculptures, wall art and yard art,” said Jonathan Beitler, spokesman for Greater Southwest Houston Chamber of Commerce. Vendors also provide food and entertainment at the festival, which runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The chamber and the Houston Civic Arts Association organize the festival in the spring and fall. Beitler said he expects 1,000 to 2,000 people to attend, depending on the weather.
