Residents this weekend can waltz right into seven brand new, luxury homes in Bellaire, and they are even invited to poke their noses around.
This map shows the locations of seven homes on display as part of the Bellaire Fall New Home Showcase.
The homes, which range from 3,600 to 8,100 square feet each, are on display as part of the Bellaire Fall New Home Showcase, an event that runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The showcase also runs on Oct. 24 and 25.
The event is meant to highlight the work of builders who construct homes in the Bellaire area. But within the homes, companies that sell appliances, hardware, plumbing and lighting will display their goods and answer questions.
Tickets will be on sale for $10 at any of the homes in the showcase. Attendees can get a $2 discount by purchasing tickets in advance at Noel Furniture, 2727 Southwest Fwy., or at Sweetwater Pool and Patio, 4805 Bissonnet St. Proceeds benefit the Alumni and Friends of Bellaire High School.
