Friday is the final day of early voting for candidates for the Bellaire City Council and the Houston Independent School District Trustee 5 position. Voters also get the chance to cast ballots for 11 amendments to the Texas Constitution. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and voters can download a map of voting locations from www.harrisvotes.org.
