InstantNewsBellaire asked voters on election day what they’re anticipating from the new Bellaire City Council, which will experience major changes with three totally new members. Cindy Siegel was re-elected Mayor, Will Hickman was re-elected to the Place 1 seat, and Mandy Nathan was elected to the Place 6 seat. The Place 3 race is headed for a runoff between Corbett Parker and Roseann Rogers. Andrew Friedberg and James Jameson will also compete in a runoff for the Place 5 seat.
