A group of young Houston Grand Opera Studio artists will perform a wide range of scenes from a variety of operas next weekend at the University of St. Thomas
Houston Grand Opera Showcase begins at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 11 and 12 at Jones Hall, 3910 Yoakum. The cost of $35 includes a wine and cheese reception following the show.
The Houston Grand Opera Studio is a young artist development program. The training and performance program is dedicated to the advancement of young artists with the potential for major careers in opera or musical theater profession.
