The key word here is &#039;think&#039;.  She &#039;just thinks&#039; it will hurt us in  Bellaire.  I personally believe someone running my community and making claims against something should base these claims off something more than just thoughts, even if those thoughts are shared by many people.  I know if I was the CEO of my company I wouldn&#039;t spout off my unless I &#039;knew&#039; not just &#039;think&#039;.

What if this project brings in money for transportation infrastructure?  If she was smart she would let it continue and let these these private companies pay for feasibility studies including traffic and engineering.  That way she would have her evidence plus a free study which if done by the City would take years or cost a ton.  But no, she is costing Bellaire because of her knee-jerk reaction.</description>
