A well-known Houston chef will prep couples to create their own special Valentine’s Day meals at a cooking demonstration next week.
Hugo Ortega, who operates Hugo’s and Backstreet Cafe, will visit the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center the evening of Feb. 10 to demonstrate how to prepare his most popular Valentine’s dishes: small vegetable quesadillas, quail with rose petal sauce, and flour-less chocolate cake.
