Nonprofit Theatre Continuing Play Despite Fire

A Houston-area nonprofit theater suffered a bad blow in early February when a fire damaged its building, but the show must go on. The Masquerade Theatre plans to continue its production of Camelot, when opens Feb. 20 at the Hobby Center.

An electrical problem caused the theatre to catch fire on Feb. 4. No one was hurt in the blaze, and the theatre has found a temporary venue to continue rehearsals for Camelot. Tickets for the play are available at (713) 861-7045. For more information visit www.masqueradetheatre.com.
