Bellaire City Council and the planning and zoning commission will hold a joint public hearing regarding the possible construction of a new hospital tonight at 6:15 p.m.
Jacobo Varon, M.D. has submitted an application to build a hospital at 411 North First St.
Residents will be allowed to address the council if they have signed their name on the sign-up sheet prior to the meeting.
