Protestors Gather Outside Of Bellaire Police Department, Seeking Justice

Quanell X, along with other community activists, gathered in front of the Bellaire Police Department around 4 p.m. today, protesting the verdict of “not guilty” for Sgt. Jeffrey Cotton.
