The City of Bellaire is now accepting credit cards for utility bill payments.
Bills can be pain by phone, person or online. Payments will be accepted at the Utility Billing office on the second floor of city hall, 7008 South Rice Ave., or by contacting the office at 713-662-8253, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Payments can be made at any time using the new online service by clicking here.
Registered users will be asked to create a name and password to use the online bill pay.
Bellaire Municipal Court will accept online MasterCard and Visa payments as well.
Payments will be accepted at the Municipal Court office located at 5110 Jessamine, or by contacting the office at 713-662-8105 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
