Bellaire Police pulled over a 1999 Mercedes in the 4700 block of Elm on July 15 and found marijuana in the vehicle.
During the traffic stop, the occupants of the vehicle appeared nervous, police said.
The driver game police consent to search the vehicle and they found a passenger with marijuana.
Rachel Houston, 17, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

On July 12, an unknown person used a resident’s ATM card to withdraw money from the account.
On July 16, a resident was contacted by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and was told that her driver’s license number was being used for fraudulent activity.
On July 18, the driver’s side window was broken on a white SUV in the 800 block of Anderson.
