Bellaire Police arrested a 23-year-old male on Aug. 6 for possession of marijuana.
According to reports, Carlos Ortiz was pulled over in the 4800 block of Bissonnet for expired registration of 02/10.
During the traffic stop, police found Ortiz to be in possession of 3 grams of marijuana.
Ortiz also had an outstanding traffic warrant out of Precinct 5 Harris County Constable, police said.
His passenger, Luis Cardenas, 24, was arrested for two outstanding warrants with Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
