Debbie Marshall Recycling Center Will Be Closing In September

The Debbie Marshall Recycling Center will be closing on Sept. 30 because of the success of Bellaire’s curbside recycling program.
The city started a curbside recycling program in 2006 and has expanded that program to include glass, paper, cardboard, metal, plastic and thin plastic.

Bally’s Fitness Agrees To Settlement In Misleading ‘Past-Due’ Mailings
