Mandy Nathan took the oath of office on Monday and immediately began her work as the Place 6 member of the Bellaire City Council. Nathan replaces outgoing 6-year Councilman John Jefferies. During her first meeting as a council member, Nathan participated in a historic vote to approve the city’s new Comprehensive Plan.
