A home was broken into in the 5300 block of Pocahontas while the homeowners were out of town.
The homeowners came back from being out of town on Aug. 23 and found that someone had forced entry through a window at the rear of the house.

Unknown Shoplifter Steals Toothpaste, Deodorant From CVS Parmacy

Bellaire police were called to CVS Pharmacy, 5430 Bissonnet, on Aug. 27 because a shoplifter walked out of the store with toothpaste and deodorant.
Police officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
The toothpaste and the deodorant were recovered because the suspect had dumped it, police said.

According to reports, Ilario Romero was pulled over in the 5200 block of Bellaire for a defective brake light.

A 17-year-old Houston resident is in stable condition after falling through a skylight on the roof of Bellaire United Methodist Church, 4417 Bellaire.
Gage Passick was transported to Ben Taub Hospital on Aug. 19 around 12:30 a.m. after falling 40 feet through a skylight and landing on a wooden bench, Bellaire police said.

Bellaire police arrested two women on Aug. 20 for trying to pass forged checks at Sterling Bank, 5408 Bissonnet.
According to reports, police were called to Sterling Bank as the forgery was taking place.

According to reports, Charlotte Sims was pulled over in the 6000 block of IH 610 southbound for speeding.
