A 17-year-old Houston resident is in stable condition after falling through a skylight on the roof of Bellaire United Methodist Church, 4417 Bellaire.
Gage Passick was transported to Ben Taub Hospital on Aug. 19 around 12:30 a.m. after falling 40 feet through a skylight and landing on a wooden bench, Bellaire police said.

Bellaire police arrested two women on Aug. 20 for trying to pass forged checks at Sterling Bank, 5408 Bissonnet.
According to reports, police were called to Sterling Bank as the forgery was taking place.
Latasha Jones, 32 and Latonya Gray, 32, were detained and identified as the two suspects who tried to pass the forged checks.

On Aug. 9, police responded to a burglary alarm in the 4600 block of Cedar around 9:23 p.m.

Bellaire Police arrested a 42-year-old woman on Aug. 10 for driving while intoxicated.
According to reports, Charlotte Sims was pulled over in the 6000 block of IH 610 southbound for speeding.
During the traffic stop, police found Sims to be intoxicated and driving with an open container of an alcoholic beverage.

According to reports, Justin Bridgman was pulled over in the 6800 block of IH 610 East Service Road for expired registration and unconfirmed insurance.
