City ends red light camera dispute with settlement

After delaying the decision for two weeks, Houston City Council voted in favor of a $4.8 million settlement with American Traffic Solutions, effectively ending a legal dispute between the city and its red light camera provider since Houston ended the use of red light cameras–permanently–in August.
